PURPOSE: To secure a stable conduction by bringing a part of the end of a shield layer folded inside an insulator layer into electrical contact with a conductor to be a ground wire, in the condition to hold between the insulator layer and the conductor.

CONSTITUTION: The end 20 in the width direction of a shield layer 13 is folded inside an insulator layer 12, and a part 20a of the end 20 is arranged between the insulator layer 12 and the surface C of a conductor 11b to be a ground wire, being brought into electrical contact with the surface C of the conductor 11b. As a result, even though the flat wire 10 is bent, a part of the shield layer 13 is squeezed to the insulator layer 12 and is never peeled off from the conductor 11b to be the ground wire. Consequently, the contact between a part of the shield layer 13 and the conductor 11b to be the ground wire is maintained even though the flat wire 10 is bent, and a stable electrical conduction between the both members is secured.
