PURPOSE: To provide the flatness correction method of a film body, wherein the face of the film body can be corrected to a flat state in a noncontact manner by means of a simple constitution and without stopping the conveyance operation of the film body.

CONSTITUTION: In parts which are displaced from the conveyance route S of a TAB tape 10, two guide rollers 33a, 33b which use directions perpendicular to the conveyance direction P of the TAB tape 10 as directions of shafts L1, L2 are arranged so as to be capable of being turned in such a way that they do not come into contact with each other. The TAB tape 10 in the conveyance route S is displaced from the conveyance route S and stretched over outer circumferential faces 33a, 33d on the two guide rollers 33a, 33b. The TAB tape 10 between the outer circumferential faces 33c, 33d on the two guide rollers 33a, 33b is corrected to a flat state.
