Abstract:
To reduce the operation cost and weight of a shape-measuring device which measures the flatness of a metal strip and to enable arrangement on many cold rolling mills for which the conventional has a deficiency in space.
This shape-measuring device for measuring the flatness of the metal strip material given tension has rings 11 for measurement, which are arrayed coaxially and each ring for measurement is rotatably supported by a force sensor 16 which is in a meshing relation on the outer peripheral surface of the ring.
