Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a flavonoid analyzing method, in which flavonoid having a hydroxyl group at the 3 position of its flavone nucleus accomplishes coloration together with an ion of alkaline earth metal so as to confirm the position of the hydroxyl group of the flavonoid and to know its relationship with the resultant effects.
