Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric sleeve in order to draw and protect a thin and long component and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A sleeve 1 has a thin and long wall 12. The wall 12 has opposite edges 16, 17 extending in parallel with a central axis 18 and is composed of warp 22 extending in parallel with the axis 18 and weft 24 extending across the warp 22. In a flexible and abrasion-resistant fabric sleeve construction method, monofilament yarn is used for the warp 22 and the weft 24, which gives abrasion resistance to the sleeve 10; and in particular, multifilament yarn is also used for the weft 24, which can increase a covering range and maintain flexibility of the sleeve 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
