Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible body similar to a real article by compulsorily forming wrinkles at a section for connecting an outer layer of the barrel and an outer layer of the leg.
SOLUTION: A flexible body 1 has a bone member 2 and an outer layer member 3. The bone member 2 is comprised with a barrel bone member 21 and four leg bone members 23. The four leg bone members 23 are provided at generally right angle to the barrel bone member 21. The outer layer member 3 is comprised with a barrel outer layer 31 and four leg outer layers 32. The four leg outer layers 32, which are generally parallel to the barrel outer layer 31, are unitedly formed by powder forming of thermoplastic resin powder. When the barrel member 21 is covered with the barrel outer layer 31 and the four leg bone members 23 are covered with the four leg outer layers 32, the four leg outer layers 32 are folded to a general right angle to the barrel outer layer 31, and wrinkles 33 are formed at a section for connecting the barrel outer layer 31 and the four leg outer layers 32.
