PURPOSE:To achieve a suppression of an induced noise to be generated in a loop by arranging an earth pattern and a plurality of element lines to be positioned vertically through an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:An earth line E of a pattern is formed on the top of a first insulation layer P3 covering the most thereof. Element lines L of a fixed pattern is formed in second insulation layer P4 same in shape and material as the layer 3 and these lines L are also covered with a third insulation layer P2 same in shape as the layer P4. In a flexible cable 31A thus arranged, the line E and the plurality of lines L are positioned vertically through the layer P4 and hence, a width of the cable formed by the line E and the lines L is equal to a thickness of the layer 4 thereby eliminating the formation of a wider loop. This reduces an area of the loop thereby enabling the checking of noise induced by an electromotive force.
