Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a clean room in which cleanliness class and a layout can be freely altered.
CONSTITUTION: An opening continued along a longitudinal direction of a duct D is formed at a lower surface side of the duct D arranged at a ceiling in a room. A plurality of fan filter units 2 each containing a fan 7 and a high performance filter 9 are mounted movably in the longitudinal direction of the duct with part of the duct D as a rail, positioned at a predetermined interval, and then an opening part of the duct except that having the fan filter unit is blocked by a blocking plate.
