PURPOSE: To systemize the weirs while keeping the normal water level of each weir to be the same by providing a sensing pipe to the up stream of the undulating weirs made of flexible film continuously provided in the traversing direction of the river and operating the valves to normalize each weir successively by the up stream water taken in from the sensing pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The undulating weirs made of flexible film 1(a)W(c) are continuously connected in the traversing direction of the river through the weir columns 2(a) and 2(b), and are connected to a blower 3 through the delivery pipes 4(a)W(c) and the delivery and exhaust pipes 5(a)W(c), and at the same time, the exhaust valves 8(a)W(c) are mounted at the delivery and exhaust pipes 5(a)W(c). The water attaining automatic normal water level is led to the buckets 11(a)W(c) successively by the up stream water level sensing pipe 10, and the exhaust valves 8(a)W(c) are successively opened by the falling of the buckets 11(a)W(c).
