Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible luminous display which is stickable or mountable to or at a desired curved surface along this surface, capable of displaying curves, easily mass producible, and capable of preventing the falling-off and damage of light emitting chips.
SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board 1 is constituted by providing a sheet-like base material 10 having flexibility with wirings 5A, 5B, 5C. The light emitting chips 2 are mounted on this flexible wiring board 1. The light emitting chips 2 and the flexible wring board 1 are sealed with a sealing resin 4 having flexibility. The external shape of this sealing resin 4 is formed into a plate form having a specified thickness in the direction perpendicular to the flexible wiring board 1. At least the parts 4A of the sealing resin 4 corresponding to the side of the surface placed with the light emitting chips 2 of the flexible wiring board 1 have light transparency.
