Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pesticide active ingredient-containing tablet formulation that solves problems with conventional pesticide formulations, a production method thereof, and a method of controlling or ridding pests employing the tablet formulation.SOLUTION: A tablet formulation contains (a) a pesticide active ingredient, (b) a binder, (c) a surfactant, (d) a water floating carrier and (e) a water soluble carrier, and has a diameter of 5-50 mm, a thickness of 2-10 mm, a thickness/diameter ratio of less than 3/10, and a weight of 0.5-2 g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
