Abstract:

To provide a floating prevention manhole prevented from floating and projecting to a road surface when the ground is liquefied in an earthquake.

In this manhole, an oblique wall pipe 4, an adjusting ring 5, and a cover receiving frame 6 are stacked. A floating prevention ring 1 having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the upper edge of the oblique wall pipe 4 is installed between the oblique wall pipe 4 and the adjusting ring 5 or between the adjusting ring 5 and the cover receiving frame 6. The floating prevention ring 1 has recesses/projections 21a on the inner wall surface of a through hole 1a filled with a mortar or a concrete or the surface of the floating prevention ring 1. A mortar or a concrete is deposited around the floating prevention ring 1.
