Abstract:
To provide a floating type water flow power generation device capable of being continuously operated for a long time.SOLUTION: A floating type water flow power generation device 1 includes a generator provided with rotary motion about a rotation axis L and generating power according to the rotary motion, a turbine blade 22 receiving water flow and generating the rotary motion about the rotation axis L, and a floating body 10 on which a turbine blade 22 is rotatably mounted and which houses the generator 40. The turbine blade 22 includes a hollow blade main body portion 31 extended along a direction D intersecting the rotation axis L, and a buoyance generation portion 32 disposed inside of the blade main body portion 31 to prevent a buoyance contribution volume in the blade main body portion 31 contributing on buoyance of the turbine blade 22, from becoming less than a desired volume amount when sea water enters the inside of the blade main body portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
