Further, preliminarily pasted veneer 3 is bonded with rigid adhesive to the rear surface of the board 1 under the condition that the grain direction at the rear surface of the board 1 is arranged to cross the grain direction of the preliminarily pasted veneer 3. Since the bond strength between the board 1 and the decorative veneer 2 is not so strong that the influence of the decorative veneer 2 can be hard to transmit to the board 1 even when the decorative veneer 2 tends to valley-bend. By strongly fixing the board 1 to the preliminarily pasted veneer 3, the board 1 can be backed up by the preliminarily pasted veneer 3 even when the board 1 tends to valley-bend under the influence of the decorative veneer 2.
