To form a passage in a steel brace opening part without reducing the strength of a frame by forming the lower edge of the frame body of a framed steel brace by a ribbed plate, inserting the rib to a groove provided on a floor, and filling a resin or mortar to integrate the lower edge with a floor beam.
The frame body 1 of a framed steel brace has two steel braces 2 arranged in the inner part in reverse V-shape. The frame body 1 consists of an upper edge and lateral side edges formed of steels 3 and a lower edge formed of a plate 4. The framed steel brace is mounted on the inner part surrounded by the lateral columns 5, 6 and upper and lower floor beams 7, 8 of a structure and used, two grooves corresponding to ribs are cut on a floor 9, and the ribs are inserted thereto, and fixed by filling a resin or non-shrinkable mortar into the grooves. In this framed steel brace, the lower edge plate 4 of the frame body 1 can be integrated with the floor beam 8 through the floor 9 to prevent the buckling. Thus, a passage 11 can be formed in an opening part without reducing the strength of a frame.
