To provide a floor grazing agent which is excellent in handleability and coating properties due to low viscosity and also in such properties as leveling properties, gloss, adhesion to flooring material, resistance to water, resistance to detergent, removability from floor surface, resistance to black heel mark and resistance to scuffing.

This agent has a structural unit (a) derived from a silicone macromonomer, a structural unit (b) derived from a styrene monomer and a structural unit (c) derived from other radical-polymerizable monomers, and is composed of an aqueous emulsion dispersion of a copolymer having 0.1-10 wt.% of the structural unit (a), 10-80 wt.% of the structural unit (b) and 10-89.9 wt.% of the structural unit (c) based on the total weight of all the structural units.
