PURPOSE: To provide a floor heating panel between floor joists, which is fitted and set into a space between adjacent floor joists, in which the connection of heat transfer pipes can be easily made even in the case where the panel is set reversely in its right and left directions and which is very convenient for use.
CONSTITUTION: A panel main body 1 having, on its upper side, heat transfer pipes 2 for allowing a refrigerant medium to flow therethrough is provided with a first and second elastic members 5, 6 having different compressibility, respectively, on both side walls of the panel main body 1. Since the positions where the heat transfer pipes 2 are mounted are arranged to be located so that respective distances A, B between each of the heat transfer pipes 2 and each of floor joists 10, 10' on both sides of the panel main body 1 are identical with each other under the condition that the panel main body 1 is fitted and set into a space between the floor joists 10, 10', each heat transfer pipe 2 is always located in the same position under the setting condition of the panel main body 1 even in the case where the panel is set reversely in its right and left directions. Accordingly, the connection of the heat transfer pipes is easy, the setting direction of the panel main body is not restricted, and convenience for use of the panel can be improved.
