To easily cool or heat an indoor side from a floor by providing ventilation grooves at the rear face side of the floor member body and forming small holes communicating with the surface of the floor member body from the bottom of the ventilation grooves and connecting the ventilation grooves and an air conditioner blowing air.

Ventilation grooves 4 are formed at the rear face side of a floor member body 1 and small holes are formed to communicate with the surface of the floor member body 1 from the bottom 6 of the ventilation grooves 4 and an air conditioner 5 blowing air is connected to the ventilation grooves 4. In this way, since the ventilation grooves 4 formed at the rear face side of the floor member body 1 is connected to the air conditioner 5, cool air or warm air blown out of the conditioner 5 flows in the ventilation grooves 4 through pipes 9 and runs about in the grooves. The cold air or the warm air flows into the small holes 3 communicating with the surface of the floor member body 1 from the bottom 6 of the ventilation grooves 4 and blows out of the surface of floor member body 1 through the small holes 3, or from one's feet side into an indoor side. Accordingly, indoor cooling or heating from the floor can be easily carried out.
