It is a floor member C provided by adhering hardenable resin on fiber of vegetable fiber, mineral fiber, etc., and compressing and molding it, and it is furnished with a top board part 1 to receive a floor bed material, a side board part 2 extending from both side ends of this top board part 1 diagonally downward or downward and a bottom board part 3 roughly horizontally extending from a lower end of this side board part 2 and making contact with a floor foundation surface. The fiber is to be opened coconut fiber and/or oil coconut fiber. A cushioning material of rubber or glass fiber, etc., is provided on at least one of an upper surface of the top board part 1 and a lower surface of the bottom board part 3. The floor member C is arranged on the floor foundation surface, and the floor bed material and/or a floor finish material are/is arranged on it.
