The lock pin is rotated in a screwing direction while it is pressed down in the mounted state of the floor panel fixture, the thread part is screwed to the thread groove of the receiving part 7 of the receiving tool to engage the head part of the lock pin with a recessed part around the hole 12 of the floor panel.
