PURPOSE: To obtain an appropriate floor surface heating temperature around a peripheral edge within a refrigerant in which a useless step difference is eliminated between a floor surface within the refrigerator and another floor surface of an existing building, its use in operation is convenient, no dew formation is produced at the floor surface around a peripheral part of the refrigerant irrespective of its simple configuration and then no dew formation is produced at the floor surface around the peripheral part of the refrigerator with a minimum input of energy.
CONSTITUTION: A flat plate-like electrical heater 5 and a thermal insulating member 6 covering an exposed side of the electrical heater 5 facing against an interior side of a refrigerator are disposed along a wall member 3 at a floor surface around a peripheral edge in the refrigerator inside the wall 3. A heating temperature of the floor surface at the peripheral edge in the refrigerator with the electrical heater 5 is temporarily set to repeat a calculation of heat transfer and then a floor surface heating temperature at a proper peripheral edge within the refrigerator not producing any dew formation at the floor surface outside the wall 3 is set. With such an arrangement, a floor installing-type refrigerator not producing any dew around the floor surface about the outer peripheral part of the refrigerator can be set. In addition, a heating temperature at the floor surface at the peripheral edge in the refrigerator in not increased unnecessarily and so energy inputting can be reduced.
