To solve the following problems: in a conventional hard hat storage implement using a wall surface, the implement may be mounted only on the wall surface which forces the hard hat to be stored inside a locker or on a desk in the case of a concrete wall of an apartment building; a safety belt for fall prevention required on a construction site faces a similar problem where a wide wall surface area is required for a wall-mount type storage implement, or the wall surface near an entrance or exit is required for installation.

A hole of a size which does not allow the hard hat to fall through is made on a fan-shaped shelf, the hat is set on the shelf such that an inside of the hard hat faces upward, and a belt for preventing fall from high places is rolled up and stored inside the hard hat, allowing both the hat and belt to be stored together. The storage implement devises a fall preventive measure, saves space, maintains aesthetics, and does not limit an installation place due to its floor-standing property allowing installation at a corner of a room, on top of the desk, or the like. Transportation cost may be reduced due to a structure capable of being assembled and disassembled.
