To provide flooring that can reduce a fall of a walker such as an elderly person or a child and, in case of a fall, prevent an injury, excels in resilience and drainage, and offers effective application purposes of recycling waste tires, waste plastics, waste brick, waste lumber and waste tile.

The flooring is integrally molded from waste brick 10 as a core part and waste tires or the like as a surface part 20. Protrusions 25 provide an antiskid function during walking. The surface part of waste tires or the like is resilient, porous, and permeable to water. The material of the core part may be lumber, tile or wastes thereof.
