Abstract:

To provide a flour feeding apparatus capable of supplying a minimum amount of flour required, reducing the amount of flour to be spread and preventing tack of dough to a spreading apparatus in spreading bread dough, etc., by installing a flour supply belt which is brought into contact with the under surface of a carrying roller.

Bread dough 1 transported by a supplying conveyor 2 is fed to a carrying apparatus 3. The bread dough 1 is placed between a planet roller group 5 revolving at a high speed around the center and the carrying apparatus 3, spread by carrying rollers successively increasing their revolving speed and carried out by a carrying conveyor 4. Flour is supplied from a flour feeder onto the carrying conveyor 4 and the flour is surely stuck to the under surface of the carrying rollers which is in contact with a belt. The flour is attached to the dough passing on the flour by the rotation of the rollers so as to enable spreading free from tack.
