This flour mill has the automated mortar section 2 consisting of the stationary automated mortar disk 6 and rotary automated mortar disk 7 capable of pulverizing the material W to be pulverized and a drive section 3 for rotating the rotary automated mortar disk and is provided with a cooling mechanism 12 capable of forcibly cooling the rotary automated mortar disk and/or the rotary automated mortar disk from the inside.
