Title:
FLOUR MILL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3318653
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate flour milling to a desired grain size by disposing a rotary automated mortar in a mortar section freely movably to attach or detach to or from a stationary automated mortar and making the mortar spacing between the rotary automated mortar and the stationary automated mortar adjustable by a mortar spacing adjusting mechanism consisting of a cam shaft section and a slant cam section.
SOLUTION: The flour mill for rice, etc., consists of a hopper section, the mortar section 2, a drive section 3, a discharge section and a machine bed section 5. The mortar section 2 consists of the stationary automated mortar 6 and the rotary automated mortar 7. The rotary automated mortar 7 is driven by the drive section 3. In such a case, the rotary automated mortar 7 is disposed freely movably to attach or detach to or from the stationary automated mortar 6. The machine is provided with the mortar spacing adjusting mechanism 26 consisting of the cam shaft section 27 and the slant cam section 28 in order to adjust the mortar spacing H between the automated mortars 7 and 6. The rotary automated mortar 7 is also vertically moved together with a spindle 9 and a slide cylinder 8a by turning a manipulation shaft 29 to slack this shaft, then moving the manipulation shaft 29 along the slant cam section 28, by which the adjustment to change the mortar spacing H is executed.
