Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bulk materials from being mixed in a product by removing certainly foreign matter in a slurry, bulk of fiber, cement scale, etc., by a method wherein a vibrating screen which is difficult to be clogged is used in filteration of slurry in a flow box.
SOLUTION: A vibrating screen 9 is arranged in a boundary part between an upper stage part 2 and a main body 2. The vibrating screen 9 is composed of a side plate, a porous plate, and a pipe 14. Flanges 10A, 11A are formed by being bent outside from an upper end of the side plate. Handles 15, 16 are provided to flanges 10A, 11A. One side flange 11A is elongated. An air vibrator 17 is placed on the elongated part, which is fixed to a fixing plate 18 with a bolt 19. The vibrating screen 9 is hung on flanges 20, 21 extended from both side faces of the main body 2 via the flanges 10A, 11A.
