Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a flow control device having little power consumption, capable of reducing the generation of electromagnetic noises to the utmost, and having high safety.
CONSTITUTION: A flow control device adjusting the flow of a fluid flowing in a passage is provided with a moving body 18 and a quick deformation piezoelectric actuator 16 connecting an inertial body 20 with a piezoelectric element 19 and holding the moving body 18 movably on a metal pipe 17 with the static friction force, the inertial body 20 is connected to a valve section on the passage, and the valve section is operated by the movement of the actuator 16 to adjust the flow of the passage.
