To solve a problem of being unable to close the flow control valve due to difficulty in adjustment of a minute flow rate of circulating water by a pump having pulsation or the like caused by large flow change to moving quantity of a valve element and to exfoliation of the closing elastic body eventually brought by deterioration of an adhesive strength by baking owing to force repeatedly applied to a closing elastic body in which only one surface opposed to a valve seat is baked by repetition of valve opening and closing in long-term use.
The flow control valve is composed to bake a closing elastic body 42 from a valve seat opposing surface 44 of a valve element 39 to an outer peripheral part 45, while a flow control part 60 is provided to a passage 48 of the valve element 39. By so doing, a parallel part 40 of the flow control part 60 is inserted inside the passage 48, thereby alleviating flow change with respect to movement of a driving shaft 35 so as to facilitate minute water quantity control of circulating water by a pump having pulsation or the like. In addition, a valve closing elastic body 42 on the outer peripheral part 45 does not receive pressure for valve opening so as to prevent deterioration of bonding strength. The flow control valve has a composition in which mechanical detachment can be prevented, whereby closing defect does not occur.
