A flow control valve 20A is provided with an orifice 2 connected to an arm belt part and a pump part through an inner pipe 1 to have a pressure outflow port 1a making compressed gas flow out to the outside, orifice packing 3 formed of an elastic member made into press contact with the pressure outflow port 1a of the orifice 2, and a drive shaft 4 which is a movable part suitably opening/closing the pressure outflow port 1a through the orifice packing 3, and an electromagnetic coil 5 driving a drive shaft 4 based on electromagnetic force. Between the drive shaft 4 and a fixed part, a metal fine wire 9 as connection support member is in-mold formed or bonded in a condition suspending a plurality of the wires in both ends, and the drive shaft 4 is supported movably only in the opening/closing direction of a damper member by the metal fine wire 9. A shape of the damper member and assembly workability are simplified, fine and continuos exhaust flow amount can be controlled in good repeatability.
