To enable the performance of a flow-culturing by loading a stimulation close to a biological environment to living body cells surely, while suppressing the amount of medium liquid as small, in the case of searching an expression factor from a group of genes associated with a disease.
This flow-culturing machine is equipped with a living cell-setting part 5 equipped with a cup-formed case 19 of which bottom surface is formed by a diaphragm 31, each of an inside water passage block 15 and an outside water passage block 17 for forming a first chamber 41 and second chamber 43 respectively at the inside and outside of the case 19 together with the diaphragm 31 for enabling to set the living body cells at the first chamber 41 side of the diaphragm 31, a first culturing liquid storage part 7 for storing the culturing liquid 47 maintained at a prescribed dissolved oxygen concentration, a second culturing liquid storage part 9 for storing the culturing liquid 47a maintained at a lower dissolved oxygen concentration than that of the culturing liquid 47, a circulation pump 11 for circulating the culturing liquid 47 through the first chamber 41 and a second circulation pump 13 for circulating the culturing liquid 47a through the second chamber 43, and installing a multiple number of projections 51a for generating turbulent flow at the surface 51 opposing to the diaphragm, of the inside water passage block 15.
