Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the pressure generated in the direction opposite to the normal substance flowing direction.
SOLUTION: In this flow limiter composed of a casing 2, an inflow port 3, an outflow port 4, a valve element 6, a storage space 5, a valve seat 7 and an elastic member 8, and stopping the outflow of the substance from the outflow port 4 by allowing the valve element 6 to sit on the valve seat 7 against the pressing force of the elastic member, when the pressure of the substance flowing from the inflow port 3 becomes more than a specific value, a return limiting means 20 is mounted for limiting the operation when the valve element 6 moved in the direction of the valve seat 7 by the pressure from the substance, is returned to an initial position.
