To provide a flow measurement device with an A/D conversion circuit for converting a flow voltage signal to be an output signal from a flow sensor into digital data and outputting the digital data, which reduces output variations and improves flow detection accuracy.
A flow measurement device 1 includes a digital arithmetic part 14 performing arithmetic processing by using digital data (flow digital data) of a flow voltage signal, in which average processing on the flow digital data is performed by moving average in at least continuous prescribed number which is equal to or more than two. Namely, the average processing on the flow digital data is performed in the flow measurement device 1. Accordingly, the average processing can be performed by using all of the flow digital data in the flow measurement device 1, thereby improving accuracy of the average processing as compared with a case where the average processing is performed in an ECU 17 by taking data in the ECU 17.
