Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the control of a fixed flow rate with a simple arithmetic mechanism, by setting the processing remaining time from the deviation of integrated value and the mean deviation between the estimated feed amount and the real feed amount. CONSTITUTION:Waste water flows into the flow-in side 2a of a distributing tank 2 from a flow-in ditch 1, and a part of the waste water is sent to a sewage treatment plant 5 via a pipeline 7 and a flow rate detector 4. The water overflowing a dam 2c is supplied to a tank 3 through a flow-out tank 2b. The tank 3 contains a pump 6, and the pump 6 is operated to send the water of the tank 3 directly to the pipeline 7 to control the amount of water flowing into the plant 5 at a constant level when the amount of water flowing into a distributing tank 2 is reduced. The pump 6 is controlled by a flow rate controller 8. This controller 8 controls the flow rate by setting the mean deviation between the estimated feed amount and the real feed amount as the proportion component of deviation and from the sum of the mean deviation and the deviation of the integrated value of those feed amounts. In such a way, a fixed flow rate can be controlled by a simple operation.
