Title:
FLOW RATE CONTROLLER FOR HOT WATER SUPPLIER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03209507
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize the start/stop operations of a motor-driven motor and the open/close actions of a motor-driven switch and to improve the durability of the equipments and the parts by controlling the flow rate of a hot water supply pipeline based on the level of the warm water stored in a flush tank. CONSTITUTION:When the supply of hot water is started to a bathtub, etc., the level of the warm water stored in a flush tank 11 is detected by a float switch F. Based on this detecting result, the flow rate of the warm water flowing in a pipeline 13 is controlled by a motor-driven switch valve 15. In other words, the valve 15 undergoes the open/close control via a drive motor 15a so that the flow rate of the hot water is minimized in a water famine state. Then the valve 15 is controlled again via the motor 15a so that the flow rate of the hot water is gradually increased as the water famine state is improved. Meanwhile the supply of the warm water performed via the pipeline 13 is discontinued by the valve 15 to the tank 11 in a full-water state. Thus it is possible to minimize the start/stop operations of a motor-driven pump and the open/close actions of a motor-driven switch.
