Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regulate the flow rate of fluid correctly regardless of the value of load with respect to the driving force of a DC motor in the case of performing fine control of the flow rate of the fluid.
CONSTITUTION: When the difference of flow rate between a flow rate detected by a flow rate sensor 8 and an objective flow rate coping with the heating capacity of a gas burner 2 obtained an operating circuit 71 is lower than a predetermined value, the length of ON time of pulse for a DC motor 6 is increased from the minimum ON time gradually while the length of the ON time of the pulse voltage for the DC motor 6 is fixed so as to be the ON time of the pulse voltage when a fluctuation is seen in the detecting flow rate. According to this method, a flow regulating valve 5 is moved by a desired amount regardless of the value of a load with respect to the driving force of the DC motor 6.
