Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate type filling apparatus 1 with high filling accuracy wherein a drift in a zero point is prevented from occurring in both adjacent electromagnetic flowmeters 18.
SOLUTION: When a controller 15 opens each filling nozzle 14 and starts filling a liquid to be filled into a container 3, a flow rate of the liquid flowing in a conduit 17 is transmitted to the controller 15 as a detection signal by the electromagnetic flowmeter 18 corresponding to the nozzle 14 which has been opened. When the controller 15 determines that an amount of the filled liquid in the container 3 reaches a predetermined value based on the detection signal of the flowmeter 18, it closes the corresponding filling nozzle 14 to complete filling of the liquid. Exciting currents of different exciting frequencies are supplied to exciting coils 23 of both electromagnetic flowmeters 18 at adjacent positions.
