Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow sensor capable of obtaining a signal with a desired output performance without changing its mounting direction.SOLUTION: A flow sensor 10 includes a detection part 13 for detecting a flow rate of a gas flowing through a flow passage. The detection part 13 outputs a detection signal SG1 whose output value varies according to a direction in which the gas flows. The flow sensor 10 includes: a signal processing part 20 which can switch an output mode either to a first mode for outputting a first process signal SG21 of an output performance having the same tendency as that of the output performance of the detection signal SG1 or to a second mode for outputting a second process signal SG22 of the output performance opposite to the output performance of the detection signal SG1; and a switch-over switch 23 in which the output mode is switched when it is operated.
