Title:
FLOW STOP CORD FOR SNOWBOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10179836
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a flow stop cord for snowboard which can be used commonly as a transport belt for the snowboard in the condition not enclosed.

A male connector 301 on a flow stop cord 300 is structured so that it can be removebly attached to a female connector on the ankle strap of each binding 140. Adjusting means 107 and 111 are to adjust the overall length of the cord. One end 309a of the cord is always fixed to one of the bindings 140. When this is used as a flow stop cord, the male connector 301 and female connector are coupled together in such a way that the boot is surrounded by the part with cord. When used as a shoulder belt, the cord is adjusted so that its overall length becomes long, and the male connector 301 is passed round the rear surface of the board 150 and connected with the female connector 145 on the ankle strap of the other binding 140. At this time, the ankle strip 147 works as a shoulder strip. For the sake of security, another female connector 102 is coupled with the male connector 301 threaded through the female connector 145.
