Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set and adjust the upper limit and lower limit temperatures of the temperature variation of a heat generation part clearly by providing an EXOR circuit and an FF circuit. CONSTITUTION:A 2nd switch 22 and a 3rd switch are turned off and a 1st switch 20 is turned on. Consequently, an applied voltage which is adjusted by 1st and 2nd voltage adjustment parts 17 and 18 according to a voltage switching signal inputted from the output terminal Q of the FF circuit 15 to a voltage switching part 19 is applied to respective resistance bodies 1-3 and 6-10 through the switching part 19. At this time, the temperature of the heat generating resistance body 1 varies corresponding to the set upper-limit temperature, the output signal level of a 1st amplifier 11 varies, and the temperature of the resistance body 1 varies corresponding to the set lower-limit temperature, so that the output signal level of a 2nd amplifier 13 varies. The output signal level of the EXOR circuit 12 varies according to output signals from the amplifiers 11 and 13 and further the temperature variation signal outputted by the circuit 15 varies according to the output signal of the circuit 12. Thus, the upper-limit and lower-limit temperatures of the heat generation part are set and adjusted.
