Abstract:
To produce a state of a flow rate of zero in the periphery of a flow rate-detecting element so as to enhance an accuracy for correcting a zero point of the flow rate-detecting element, to protect the flow rate-detecting element or the like.
A state of a flow rate of zero can be produced in the periphery of a flow rate-detecting element 9 by coating the flow rate-detecting element 9 set in a flow path 7 with a shielding body 22. Accordingly, an accuracy for correcting a zero point of the flow rate-detecting element 9 can be enhanced, and the flow rate-detecting element 9 can be protected by the shielding body 22.
