Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluff in accordance with yarn speed and yarn tensile force by increasing a rotation speed of a nip roller by following increases of yarn speed and yarn tensile force as an increase of cone package diameter.
SOLUTION: When a diameter of a cone package 8 increases, a lever 31 connected to a cradle 30 starts to turn clockwise centered on a cradle support point 32. Accordingly, a pin 33 part pushes an oscillation lever 22a, the oscillation lever 22 rotates counterclockwise centered on a basic point shaft 21, and a position changeable pulley 24 travels in the direction in which it leaves a variable speed pulley. For this reason, a trapezoidal belt 26 is pulled and bites a pulley of the variable sped pulley so that a diameter of a contact part of the trapezoidal belt 26 and the variable speed pulley becomes small and a rotation speed of the variable speed pulley increases. Then, a rotation speed of a nip roller connected to a nip roller drive shaft 12 increases. That is, the rotation speed of the nip roller increases as a diameter of a winding bobbin increases.
