PURPOSE: To manufacture the title device free from maintenance and inspection with low cost by forming fluid agitation and transportation grooves in the field magnet of DC brushless motor.

CONSTITUTION: The fluid agitation and transportation grooves 22 are formed at the boundary parts of magnet poles of N-pole 13a and S-pole 13b in the field magnets 13 so as to have specified slant to a revolving shaft 10 to transport and agitate fluid, which are integrated with the revolving shaft 10 into a revolving body. A stator armature 16 is provided in the fixed side of a fluid agitation and transportation device main body 1 so as to be confronted with the magnets 13 with a radial clearance between. A fluid influent opening 19 is formed in the main body 1 to introduce fluid into the clearance between the armature 16 and the magnets 18. In order to discharge the fluid transported in the specified direction by the fluid agitation and transportation grooves 22, a fluid outlet 20 is formed in the main body 1, and fluid-proof treatment is applied to the fluid transportation passage in the main body 1. As a result, the title device free from maintenance and inspection is manufactured with low cost.
