Abstract:
To improve sealability of a fluid control valve by reducing mass of a shaft forming a valve body.SOLUTION: A first valve body 136 and a second valve body 134 are disposed in a valve chamber 67 formed inside a valve casing 56. The first valve body and the second valve body are disposed relatively slidably in an axial direction in the valve chamber. A seal member 163 is disposed between the first valve body 136 and the second valve body 134 while being held by the second valve body. The first valve body includes a shaft portion 157 constituting a relatively sliding portion to the second valve body, and a flange 156 brought into contact with and separated from the seal member 163. A spring receiving member 159 is fitted and fixed to the shaft portion 157, and a spring 161 is disposed between the spring receiving member and the second valve body to energize the second valve element 134 by the spring in a flange position direction of the first valve body 136. The shaft portion 157 of the first valve body 136 is formed into a hollow shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
