Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure no-leakage of working fluid and excellent response capacity, by arranging a mixing preventive portion material to a boundary between a plastic fluidic fluid and a Newton fluid as a pressurizing medium. CONSTITUTION:A plastic fluidic fluid 3 is filled into a chamber R formed by a piston 2 sliding along an inner circumferential surface 1s of a cylinder tube 1 with a bottom, and a Newton fluid 4 is further filled. A portion material 5, which prevents the mixing of these fluids 3, 4, is disposed to a boundary between the plastic fluidic fluid 3 and the Newton fluid 4. Since the plastic fluidic fluid 3 with large fluid resistance is located only at positions near a bottom of the piston 2 and the piston 2 is moved by the pressurizing feed of the Newton fluid 4 with small fluid resistance in an above-mentioned arrangement, the response capacity of the transmission of pressure is improved. And since the plastic fluidic fluid 3 with large fluid resistance is filled to the inner end side of a clearance between the inner circumferential surface 1s of the cylinder tube 1 and an outer circumferential surface of the piston 2, there is not danger of the leakage of working fluid.
