Title:
FLUID DETECTING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5550119
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the size and to stabilize the operation by assembling a cylinder having a small hole with a fluid valve.

CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 13, which is formed equidistantly with a plurality of small holes 130 in the circumference of the upper portion thereof, is arranged between a supporting member 14 and a valve seat ring 12 which fixedly fitted in the body 11 of such a fluid detecting valve 10 as is formed with an inlet port 111, an outlet port 112 and hole 113 separated by a partition 110. A fluid valve 17 is assembled thereinto leaving a gap g1 thereby to define a cylinder chamber 19. Thus, a fluid operating device starts its operation to reduce the pressure in the outlet port 112. Then, the fluid valve 17 is forcibly opened downward so that the fluid flows from the inlet port 111 through the samll holes 130 and an annular chamber 16. In accordance with the reduction in the gressure upon the passage through the small holes 130, the fluid is sucked from a cylinder chamber 19. As a result, the fluid valve 17 is further moved down to block communication between a discharge port 201 and a valve chamber 25 so that the fluid in the inlet port 111 partially flows out of an outlet port 230 through a gap g2, a valve chamber 25 and a through hole 240.
