Abstract:
To reduce a size of a valve mechanism of a fluid device.SOLUTION: A fluid device comprises a valve mechanism which has: a body; a valve seat 5b arranged in the body, and pressure-inserted into a flow passage hole forming at least a part of a flow passage from one side in a flow passage direction in which the flow passage hole extends; a valve body 5c which abuts on a seat face of the valve seat 5b by being energized by an energization member 5e, and can block the flow passage; and a holding part 5d for accommodating the valve body 5c from one side. A projection shape of an opening 5d1 in an axial direction which is opened at an end part of one side of the holding part 5d projected on a projection face vertical to the flow passage direction includes at least a part of a projection face of the seat face which is projected on the projection face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
