CONSTITUTION: A plurality of distribution holes 11 are formed at the bottom of a bottomed cylindrical main body, a pipe connection part 12 is formed by a diameter reducing work in the opening part of the main body, and at least at the part where the distribution holes are formed to have a wall thickness capable of being brazed, whereby a distributor 10 is constructed. This distributor 10 is produced by a process to form such a bottomed main body by forging a metallic material, a process to form such a plurality of distribution holes at the bottom of the main body, and a process to perform a diameter reduction work at the opening part of the main body.
