Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and arbitrarily set, adjust and retain the temperature of the superfacial part, by controlling the direction and value of current to a heating and cooling unit by use of the peltier effect according to the detected temperature output and retaining the fluid temperature within a preset range.
CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of the fluid 23 enclosed in a bed member 21 is lower than a preset temperature, it is detected by a temperature setter and detector 33 like a thermistor as a temperature adjuster 31 in accordance with the preset temperature thereof. And direct currents from a temperature controller 34 is changed over to the heating side and a required currents are conducted by the detected temperature signal at that time to a heating and cooling unit 32 making use of the peltier effect. In this way, the unit face confronted with the fluid 23 side is heated to rapidly raise the temperature of fluid up to a preset figure.
