Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid flowmeter by which a very small flow rate can be detected with a simple configuration, whose pressure loss is low and by which a large flow rate can be made to flow.
SOLUTION: A fluid flowmeter is constituted of an inflow part 9 which introduces a fluid, of a flat boardlike shielding plate 11 which is pressed to the edge of the inflow part 9 by the restoring force of an elastic body and of a constant-position detection means 13 which detects the position of the shielding plate 11. When the force of the fluid is applied to the shielding plate 11, the shielding plate is displaced. Its displacement is detected by the constant- position detection means 13, and the flow rate of the fluid is metered.
